LET'S ESCAPE FROM STRESS!!

















HELLO TEACHER AND CLASSMATES!!

I decided to talk about stress because I considere this is one of the most principal factors that cause us health and emotional problems. Every single day we are subjected to many pressures, let's call them work, study, finances, delinquency, debts, even annoying neighbors. So, if our mind and body are not able to face those situations, we easily can fall in stress.


We call it 21th century disease because now more than ever people live anxious, worried and sick because the daily routine is involved in quantities of problems which are hoarding people's life, and nobody has enough time to escape from those stressful situations.


I believe that stress has become our "inseparable friend", and it is with us since we get up until we go to bed, even from cradle to grave. It seems it's tied to us because it covers a huge part of our existence.


When we are under pressure we lose our temper, and everything is out of control because we have to perform many activities at the same time, and we think that we cannot manage those issues in a proper way, and that is the auspicious moment when stress takes advantage of our vulnerability.
I know that it's almos impossible live without pressures, but as far as possible we have to reduce stress for our welfare. From time to time we need a break in order to avoid the stressor things.


If we realize, we don't have time for ourselves, not even for our family, but we have to be aware that our health depends on how to deal with stress. So, here I suggest some ideas to run away from that awful ally: First, we have to wind down to recharge batteries, and later on we may continue with our tasks. We have to exercise from time to time, that helps us to release fatigue. We have to eat healthy because you know that food is the prime power. Let's go shopping, it's another way to avoid stress, well, if our pocket is empty, just let's window shopping, at least we can move our eyes from side to side, right? Let's go out with our friends because at least they distract us for a moment; I mean we can go out with our best friend and drink a cup of coffee although we take the risk of ending up more stress than before because she (our friend) tells us all her problems.
Someone at home gives us a rich massage, which is a good option to forget for a little moment our concerns. But if nothing reduces our stress and anything makes us fell good, the situation is disturbing.


We have to take into consideration that if the case is extreme we have to look for professional help; I mean let's fall back on the Dr.
