LET'S ESCAPE FROM STRESS!!

















HELLO TEACHER AND CLASSMATES!!

I decided to talk about stress because I considere this is one of the most principal factors that cause us health and emotional problems. Every single day we are subjected to many pressures, let's call them work, study, finances, delinquency, debts, even annoying neighbors. So, if our mind and body are not able to face those situations, we easily can fall in stress.


We call it 21th century disease because now more than ever people live anxious, worried and sick because the daily routine is involved in quantities of problems which are hoarding people's life, and nobody has enough time to escape from those stressful situations.


I believe that stress has become our "inseparable friend", and it is with us since we get up until we go to bed, even from cradle to grave. It seems it's tied to us because it covers a huge part of our existence.


When we are under pressure we lose our temper, and everything is out of control because we have to perform many activities at the same time, and we think that we cannot manage those issues in a proper way, and that is the auspicious moment when stress takes advantage of our vulnerability.
I know that it's almos impossible live without pressures, but as far as possible we have to reduce stress for our welfare. From time to time we need a break in order to avoid the stressor things.


If we realize, we don't have time for ourselves, not even for our family, but we have to be aware that our health depends on how to deal with stress. So, here I suggest some ideas to run away from that awful ally: First, we have to wind down to recharge batteries, and later on we may continue with our tasks. We have to exercise from time to time, that helps us to release fatigue. We have to eat healthy because you know that food is the prime power. Let's go shopping, it's another way to avoid stress, well, if our pocket is empty, just let's window shopping, at least we can move our eyes from side to side, right? Let's go out with our friends because at least they distract us for a moment; I mean we can go out with our best friend and drink a cup of coffee although we take the risk of ending up more stress than before because she (our friend) tells us all her problems.
Someone at home gives us a rich massage, which is a good option to forget for a little moment our concerns. But if nothing reduces our stress and anything makes us fell good, the situation is disturbing.


We have to take into consideration that if the case is extreme we have to look for professional help; I mean let's fall back on the Dr.

Hello my classmates!!



This is my final coment about my team comment's :

Girls, it is nice to know that you possess motricity skills as well, and as Margarita says it is really important because we can take advantege of this ability in the future to apply it in the classroom with our students. Furthermore, I consider that it is one of the best way to show affect to our family and friends by giving them some crafts created by our own hands, as I have done with some of my friends. I remember I had the opportunity of create some cards last semester and I gave them to some of my classmates, one of which is Guadalupe. It is nice to know that you still keep it Lupita!! Well, I am glad to share with you this nice activity and thank teacher for giving us the opportunity to express our thoughts through this interesting activity!! I leave with nothing more than thank you for your comments. I appreciate them!!

My skill

HI THEACHER AND CLASSMATES!! As we know all human beings are born with certain ability or talent which becomes them different from others due to their unique way of performing their activities. In this opportunity I would like to share with you my idea about the thing I consider I`m good at doing. Well, the ability that I consider I have developed better during my twenty and something years old is related to the motricity. It is nice to know that my right hemisphere works very well because my left one sometimes gives me problems. Let me tell you that I really like to work with those things that I can manipulate with my hands. That means that I like to create things, most of which require time, delicacy and patient in order to obtain a beautiful craft. I`m good at working with paper, scissors, glue, silicon, colors and with every single item that I can utilize to create art. These are some of the tools that facilitate my job, most of which cannot miss when I`m working on something.In the following lines I let you know the things that I can create: I like to create cards for every occasion and decorate them with ribbons, buns pearls and small flowers. Also, I like to make fruit arrangements and flower arrangements for centerpieces. If I have any old thing at home that doesn’t work any more, I don’t think twice to invent something and bring it to life. For example, when I tired of seeing the same lamp on the table throughout the year I don’t buy another and I neither throw it, but I take it and change its look, and that doesn’t mean that I’m penny-pincher, I only want to work with my hands and give it a meaning. I like to take advantage of every source I see in nature. For example, I like to pick out stones with uncommon shapes and then I paint them. Let me tell you that when I’m performing those activities I really enjoy it because I put love everything I create. That is why when I’m inspired and focused by a craft there is nothing around me just me and the material I’m using. Well, although I did not go to the kindergarten I guess my motricity is good. Ok friends, that is the thing I consider I’m good at doing. Thank you!!
